Training through perimenopause and menopause.
A life stage, not a malfunction — coached one-on-one, in a private studio, by a team that studied it rather than guessed.

Why this stage deserves its own plan.
Most of what gets said about this stage is said quietly, or not at all. So women often arrive at a training session with a body that is behaving differently — sleep, energy, recovery, the way a familiar set feels on a Tuesday — and very little practical guidance about what to do with any of it. The default advice tends to be some version of try harder.
We didn’t think that was good enough, and we didn’t want to improvise our way through it.
Who you'd be working with.
Patti Lewis is a Certified Personal Trainer registered with the American Council on Exercise, with notable certifications including Dr. Stacy Sims’ Menopause 2.0. She has twenty-three years of coaching across multiple continents, and has been on the team since 2019. When you describe what has changed, you won’t be explaining it from scratch.

What it changes in a plan.
None of this is exotic. It is the same private, one-coach-one-client work we have done since 1997 — pointed at what is in front of you.
- Progression that respects the week you’re actually having. Loads move up when you’re recovered, not because the calendar says so.
- Recovery treated as part of the program. Session spacing, warm-ups that aren’t an afterthought, and honest conversations about sleep and stress.
- Mobility that doesn’t get cut. The first thing dropped when time is short, and the thing you miss most later.
- Strength as the through-line. Carrying, hinging, getting up off the floor, catching yourself. Capability, not appearance.
- A coach adjusting in real time. Someone watching every set and changing the plan on the spot.
On the medical side.
We’re coaches, not clinicians, and we are careful about that line. Anything to do with symptoms, hormones, medication or treatment belongs with your physician. If you are already working with one, we’re glad to build around the guidance you’ve been given — bring it to your intro.
And it is never too late.
People start here in their forties, in their sixties, in their seventies. After injuries. After long breaks. During exactly this stage. Start where you are.

Things people ask before they book.
Do I need my doctor’s OK first?
Your physician remains the right first call on anything medical. If you are working with one, bring their guidance to your intro and we will build the training around it.
Can I train with Patti?
Tell us when you book — choose “Perimenopause / menopause” as your goal. She’s the coach a lot of women here ask for by name, and we’ll match you with the coach who fits your goals and schedule.
Is it too late to start strength training?
No. The first session meets you exactly where you are — and several of our clients started with us at 70.
What happens at the free intro?
Thirty minutes at the studio with one of our coaches. Bring questions, and bring your doctor’s notes if you have them. You get an honest read on what a sensible start looks like. No obligation.
How much does it cost?
Several package options and single sessions are available. We share current pricing at your free intro, once we know what you actually need.
