Who it's for.

  • Clients recently discharged from PT for joint replacement, back surgery, or post-injury rehab.
  • Anyone returning to training after a major medical event.
  • Clients whose physician or PT has recommended a longer transition than insurance covers.

What to expect.

  • Direct coordination with your PT or physician on movement restrictions.
  • 50-minute 1:1 sessions, slow ramp, written progression plan.
  • Structural strength work that respects the surgical site or healed tissue.
  • Re-pattern movement before re-loading it.
I started at Executive Fitness 10 years ago to recover from Shoulder Surgery. I continue to this day because it has become one of the most positive things I do for myself on a weekly basis. — Diane O., Google review

Outcomes you can measure.

  • Confidence that you'll never have to relearn this work alone.
  • Strength that holds up under daily load — not just clinic-floor exercises.
  • A long ramp back to whatever you were doing before — done safely.

Things people ask before they book.

What happens at the free intro?

Thirty minutes at the studio with one of our coaches. Bring your PT notes — we talk through your history and goals, and you get an honest read on the right next step. No obligation.

What if I’m post-surgery or coming off PT?

Bring your discharge notes. Post-rehab is one of our core paths, and we coordinate directly with your physician or PT before the first loaded session.

How much does post-rehab training cost?

Your initial assessment includes a PT/physician handoff at no extra charge. We share current package pricing at your free intro.

How long are sessions, and how often?

Sessions are 50 minutes, one-on-one — usually 1–2 a week early on, ramping up as you progress.
