Who it's for.
- Adults in their sixties, seventies and beyond who want to stay strong, steady and independent.
- Anyone starting, or restarting, after a long break, an injury or a surgery.
- People who would rather not train in a crowded room full of strangers.
What to expect.
- 50-minute 1:1 sessions with an experienced trainer matched to your goals and personality, scheduled around your day.
- Programming built from a baseline assessment — strength, movement, posture, history.
- The everyday strength that matters: carrying, climbing stairs, getting up off the floor, catching yourself.
- Balance and mobility trained on purpose, every week — not squeezed in at the end.
- Coordination with your physician or PT if you are coming back from surgery or injury.
- A private studio. No waiting. No audience.
It truly is a place for everyone — they accommodate for different levels and injuries. — Elizabeth L., Google review
Who you'll train with.
Every coach on our team works with clients at this stage of life. Isabelle Felix, a Certified Personal Trainer with a Kinesiology degree from CSU Long Beach, specializes in older adults building strength, mobility and balance — with a focus on making training less intimidating and building confidence toward independence.

Things people ask before they book.
Am I too old to start?
No. The first session meets you exactly where you are — and several of our clients started with us at 70.
I have a health condition, or I’m recovering from surgery. Can I still train?
Usually, yes. Bring any notes from your physician or physical therapist to your intro. We coordinate with them before the first loaded session, and your physician remains the right first call on anything medical.
What happens at the free intro?
Thirty minutes at the studio with one of our coaches. We talk through your goals, history and any limitations, and you get an honest read on whether this is the right fit. No obligation.
How much does it cost?
Several package options and single sessions are available. We share current pricing at your free intro, once we know what you actually need.
Where is the studio?
On E. 2nd Street in Naples, Long Beach (5708 E. 2nd St, 90803) — a short drive from Belmont Shore, Alamitos Heights, Los Altos, Bixby Knolls and Seal Beach. Training is by appointment Monday to Friday 6 AM–7 PM and Saturday 7 AM–12 PM; Sundays by appointment.
Start where you are.
